Benefits ⟩ Emergency Services

Our emergency services benefit guarantees you excellent ambulance services in the case of an emergency, with access 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In the unfortunate event of an emergency, members can contact our 24/7 emergency line on 0860 358 333. Trained staff will assess your emergency telephonically, then dispatch an air or road ambulance, whichever is most appropriate. Hospital services are only available to members who have access to the Accident Cover benefit.

If you’re in need of medical advice, contact the emergency number and you’ll be directed to a medical advice centre manned by experienced personnel whenever you need it.

What to do in the event of a medical emergency:

1. Call our Emergency Services on 0860 358 333
2. If someone is calling on your behalf, tell them to call 0860 358 333
3. Tell the operator that you’re a GetSavvi Health member – they will prompt you or the caller through all the information they require to get help to you.

Please be advised that when contacting our emergency number at 0860 358 333 during a crisis, the assigned case manager will deploy the nearest ambulance service provider available within our network. The emergency service providers utilized by our network may consist of various entities, including but not restricted to Netcare 911, ER24, and other such service providers.
